The provision of data is optional. Any refusal implies the impossibility for the Data Controller to give feedback to the requests made by the interested party.

The data will be processed with the aid of electronic or automated means, kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the law.

At any time you can exercise your rights towards the Data Controller, e-mail: privacy@pbtankers.com, (right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete it or limit the treatment of it or to oppose the treatment of it, right to data portability) specifically provided for in Chapter III of the 2016/679 EU Regulation. If you find a violation of your rights, you can contact the competent supervisory authority, Data Protection Authority, pursuant to article 77 of the EU Regulation 679/2016.
