PB Tankers believes in the importance of clearly defining the values and principles to ensure that all Company activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations. These values are set forth in the PB Tankers Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors on 20 December 2013, which contains the fundamental ethical principles and precepts followed by Company and which all Stakeholder of the Company are held to respect. 

The Company has voluntarily applied the Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8th June 2001, and it formally adopted a structured system of procedures, rules and checks, that so-called Model of Organization, Management and Control (“Model”), in order to prevent and reduce the risk of commissioning one or more crimes included in the mentioned decree. The Company has drafted the Model with the aim of making its own organizational system complying with the requirements envisaged by the Law Decree 231/2001, based on the principles already rooted in its governance culture and with the guidelines issued by Confindustria and Confitarma.
